The objective was to assess the challenges these newcomers face in securing employment and to identify the necessary training and resources to facilitate their integration into the local labor market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1260\">In the framework of the\u00a0 <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"898\">Go2Grove<\/strong> project, co-financed by the European Union, is designed to support Ukrainian newcomers by fostering economic inclusion and professional development.
