It is true that significant progress has been made in many areas, but challenges remain\u2014especially for women facing systemic barriers due to their circumstances. The\u00a0<strong>JustHer!<\/strong>\u00a0project firmly believes that the fight for women\u2019s empowerment is far from over, particularly for migrant and refugee women who continue to struggle for access to education, economic opportunities, and meaningful participation in their host societies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International Women\u2019s Day and the month of March<\/strong>\u00a0provide an important opportunity to highlight the ongoing struggle for women\u2019s rights. To mark this occasion,\u00a0<strong>JustHer!<\/strong>\u00a0launched a campaign in Spain to collect and share the stories of migrant women. Many of these testimonies highlight the harsh realities of forced displacement\u2014whether fleeing war in\u00a0<strong>Ukraine<\/strong>\u00a0or escaping\u00a0<strong>organised crime in Colombia<\/strong>. These women not only had to leave everything behind but also faced new challenges in their host countries, including\u00a0<strong>language barriers, bureaucratic hurdles, and cultural adaptation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Their stories serve as a powerful reminder that, while we celebrate progress, there is still work to be done.
