Cyberno

Cyberno is a non-profit Organization which covers the problem of digital illiteracy in Greece providing social education to teachers, parents and children aiming the development of the children digital skills.
Our vision is to empower every citizen with digital skills, to develop an intelligent society, starting today with the creation of digitally gifted children. Our mission is to develop in the next 10 years in every child aged 8 to 12 years in the Greek territory the technical, social, and mental skills needed in order to be able to distinguish himself as a user in digital media and become an intelligent digital citizen.
Our Beneficiaries are (1) children (students) of age 8 to 12 years old from third to sixth preliminary grade of public and private schools of Greece where their schools are interested in educating them digital skills development, (2) educators (teachers) who work in public or private schools respectively and are interested in teaching their school students and their colleagues (train the trainer) about digital skills development and (3) parents of 8 to 12 years old children who are interested to be informed about digital skills.
Relevant experience & activities
Cyberno is a newly established organization founded on March of 2019 by the two representatives and a core team which supports the actions. All members of the Organization worked together as a team but regarding their expertise for the organization development.
During the execution of training programs and the various actions, the team has worked together based on the strategic plan and the organization’s policy implementing training programs and developing the business procedures following determined rules.
