Youth Empowerment & Participation

 This Working Group (WG) is dedicated to fostering inclusive youth participation, leadership, and empowerment within the broader mission of the network. It aims to create spaces where young people—especially those from marginalized and underrepresented communities—can actively engage, contribute, and lead meaningful change in their societies.
 
 The WG develops youth-centered initiatives that promote civic engagement, intercultural dialogue, and social responsibility. These include capacity-building workshops, peer-led education, and participatory projects that strengthen young people’s skills, confidence, and agency.
In addition to grassroots activities, the WG advocates for youth-inclusive policies by engaging with local and international stakeholders, contributing to consultations, and amplifying young voices in decision-making processes.
 
 By prioritizing diversity, accessibility, and co-creation, the WG ensures that youth are not only beneficiaries of programs but are recognized as key actors in shaping a more just, inclusive, and democratic future for all.

 

Education & Training

This WG is responsible for developing and implementing educational initiatives and awareness campaigns on gender issues. The members of this WG design workshops, training sessions, and educational materials to promote gender equity in workplaces, schools, and communities. They also lead strategic awareness campaigns that engage the public and stakeholders in gender-related discussions. Additionally, the WG collaborates with media outlets to shape and promote narratives that advance gender equality.

Workplace Equity & Inclusion

This WG is responsible for promoting gender-inclusive workplaces through policy assessment and capacity-building initiatives. The members of this WG evaluate workplace policies to ensure gender inclusivity and develop best practices for fostering equitable work environments. They provide training on unconscious bias and gender-sensitive leadership to support organizational change. Additionally, the WG facilitates mentorship and sponsorship programs to empower women and marginalized genders in their professional growth.

Accessibility & Human Rights

This WG is responsible for advancing legal protections and responses to gender-based discrimination and violence. The members of this WG provide legal support for gender discrimination cases and monitor human rights violations related to gender. They develop and implement strategies for the prevention and response to gender-based violence. Additionally, the WG collaborates with legal organizations to facilitate pro-bono services, ensuring access to justice for those affected by gender-related injustices.

Communication and Engagement

This WG is responsible for strengthening the network’s visibility, outreach, and member engagement. The members of this WG develop and implement strategic communication plans to amplify the network’s mission and activities. They manage social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. Additionally, the WG fosters engagement by coordinating interactive campaigns, organizing networking opportunities, and enhancing collaboration among members and external stakeholders.
